Defendant was convicted of felony murder, ORS 163.115(1)(b); manufacture of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992; and felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270. After the trial court allowed a police officer to recount the incriminating confession of a nontestifying codefendant, defendant moved for a mistrial. The court denied the motion.
