We granted certiorari to the Court of Appeals in Collier v. State, 266 Ga.App. 762, 598 S.E.2d 373 (2004), to consider whether the police have the authority to seek a search warrant to compel a person to submit blood and urine samples for drug testing when that person has invoked his or her right under the implied consent law to refuse such testing.
