It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously modified on the law by denying defendants' motion with respect to Workers' Compensation Law § 11 and reinstating the complaint against defendants Robert Pyke, M.D., Paul Kruger, M.D., Sylvia Reimer, M.D., and Ivo Matijevic, M.D., individually, and as modified the order is affirmed without costs.
