OPINION

DIANA GRIBBON MOTZ, Circuit Judge:

Andre Taylor claims that Federal Express Corporation violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) when it failed to accommodate his back impairment and terminated his employment. The district court granted summary judgment to Fed Ex, holding that Taylor is not disabled under the ADA.
