Presently before the Court is a Motion of 165248 Canada Ltd. (hereinafter "Creditor" or "Canada") for Relief from Order of May 20, 2003, which dismissed the above-captioned adversary complaint without prejudice, and a Motion for Reconsideration of the Order of March 15, 2004 granting a Discharge to the Debtor and/or Relief from the Order of March 15, 2004.
