A jury found appellant, Phuong Hoai Cao, guilty of two felony offenses of burglary of a habitation and acquitted him of the felony offense of possession of a firearm by a felon.1 After finding true an enhancement paragraph alleging a previous felony burglary, the trial court assessed punishment at forty years' confinement for each burglary offense, with the sentences to run concurrently...
