Frank and Leslie Venezia, husband and wife, brought this action alleging that each one had suffered sexual harassment and a hostile work environment at the hands of the Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, Inc. The district court granted the Hospital's motion to dismiss under FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(6), on the theory that a husband and wife could not logically both maintain claims based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§...
