Appellants Ali Sani and Fatemeh Sadat, individually and d/b/a Pyramid Realty ("Sani"), purchased land belonging to appellees John Warren Powell and L. Annette Powell ("Powell") at a tax foreclosure sale. Shortly thereafter, Sani received and recorded a tax deed for the property.
