¶ 1 Appellant, Walter Plucinski, appeals from his judgment of sentence and asks us to determine whether the court erred in classifying him as a sexually violent predator ("SVP"). Specifically, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to establish the statutory elements necessary to his SVP classification; namely, that he suffers from a mental abnormality or personality disorder making him likely to engage in predatory violent...
