¶ 1 The Western Washington Growth Management Board invalidated Clallam County's preexisting agricultural uses exemption from the County's critical areas ordinance. The superior court reversed the Board. Protect the Peninsula's Future appeals that ruling, arguing that the Growth Management Act permits reasonable regulation of such uses and that the superior court erred in finding that substantial evidence...
