FIRST FEDERAL BANK OF CALIFORNIA v. FEGEN

No. B174252.

31 Cal.Rptr.3d 853 (2005)

131 Cal.App.4th 798

FIRST FEDERAL BANK OF CALIFORNIA, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. Paul F. FEGEN, Defendant and Appellant.

Court of Appeals of California, Second District, Division Five.

July 29, 2005.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Paul Fegen, in propria persona, for Defendant and Appellant.

Epport, Richman & Robbins, for Plaintiff and Respondent.

ARMSTRONG, J.

Appellant Paul Fegen appeals the trial court's Order for Sale of Dwelling, pursuant to which respondent First Federal Bank of California ("First Federal") enforced a judgment against him. Because the sale has been conducted and Fegen's residence (the "Property") which was the subject of the Order has been sold, First Federal maintains that this appeal is moot. We agree, and dismiss the appeal.
