Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation ("Chase"), which holds a claim secured by a mortgage on the residence of the Chapter 13 debtor, Paul Allen Tudor ("Debtor"), filed a proof of claim that includes a mortgage arrearage of $9,230.35.
