{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Robert Pinchot, appeals the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court's grant of summary judgment for defendant-appellee, Mahoning County Sheriff's Department. The issue in this appeal is whether Pinchot established a prima facie case of disability discrimination.
