KNOPF, Judge.

Donald Sid Boone appeals from a judgment of conviction confirming a jury verdict finding him guilty of first-degree sexual abuse. He argues that the trial court erred by failing to grant a mistrial after a police officer commented on his invocation of his right to remain silent. Boone also contends that the trial court erred by failing to grant his motions for a directed verdict and for probation of his sentence. Finding no error...
