The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) found that Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Inc. (Saint-Gobain) violated sections 8(a)(1) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (5), when Saint-Gobain unilaterally reduced the work hours of a particular cadre of employees within a collective bargaining unit.
