Following a jury trial, Curtis Wayne Burdette appeals his conviction on three counts of burglary, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence and arguing that the court erred (i) in its jury instruction on the evidence needed to corroborate an accomplice's testimony, and (ii) in its denial of Burdette's motion for new trial which asserted ineffective assistance of counsel grounds.
