This case is before us on remand from the Oregon Supreme Court. Defendant was convicted of six counts of first-degree robbery, ORS 164.415, six counts of second-degree robbery, ORS 164.405, six counts of second-degree kidnapping, ORS 163.225, and one count each of first-degree burglary, ORS 164.225, and felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270. We affirmed defendant's convictions without opinion. State v. Douglas,
