On February 24, 2004, 16-year-old S.S. was adjudicated delinquent for the offense of aggravated child molestation. On March 11, 2004, the juvenile court entered an order committing S.S. as a designated felon to the Department of Juvenile Justice, but the order did not contain findings of fact as required by OCGA § 15-11-63(c).
