Hana ("Hana"), a 59-year-old woman from Iraq who was granted lawfully admitted permanent resident ("LPR") status in 1992, petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("the Board") reversing the decision of the Immigration Judge ("IJ") terminating exclusion proceedings against her.
