Felicia Dunn appeals her sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and aiding and abetting the same. She argues that two prior shoplifting convictions used to enhance her sentence were "related" under the Sentencing Guidelines, yielding a smaller enhancement, because the underlying offenses occurred at two stores in the same mall at about the same time and resulted in contemporaneous pleas and identical concurrent...
