This is a summary judgment case. W. Joyce Anderson contends the trial court erred in granting judgment in favor of Barry D. Cocheu on her claims against him. Anderson asserts six points of error arguing generally that Cocheu's motion for summary judgment was insufficient because it failed to address the factual and legal bases of her claims.
