Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from by the plaintiffs, those branches of the motion of the defendants Ha Di Corp., doing business as Eva's Garden, and Steve Chang which were for summary judgment dismissing the second and seventh causes of action insofar as asserted against them are denied, and those causes of action are reinstated...
