Ronald Weatherford was convicted of manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 120 months' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Weatherford appealed the conviction and the subsequent denial by the trial court of his motion for a new trial.
