SCHUMAN, J.

The 1999 dissolution judgment in this case awarded no child support to either party for their two minor daughters. Approximately four years later, mother moved for an order to show cause why the judgment should not be modified to award child support to her. The trial court found that a change in circumstances had occurred, ordered father to pay support, and awarded mother attorney fees. Father appeals from both the judgment
