[¶ 1] Steven Rhodes appealed from a trial court judgment dissolving his marriage with Donna Rhodes on the ground of irreconcilable differences and dividing the parties' property under a prenuptial agreement executed by them at the time of their marriage. On appeal, Steven asserts the trial court misapplied the prenuptial agreement in distributing the property. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for modification of the property distribution...
