Prior to his retirement, claimant was employed as a correction counselor with the Department of Correctional Services. He suffers from numerous health conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome, aphasia, diabetes, coronary artery disease, stress, anxiety, panic disorder and has had multiple strokes.
