Plaintiff is a partnership in which attorney Donna Wardlaw is a partner. Defendant John Compton (hereinafter defendant) and his son, Lee Compton, leased premises owned by plaintiff in the City of Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, where they operated a bar.
