Court of Appeals of California, Second District, Division 8.

February 1, 2005.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Jenkins & Hogin, Christi Hogin, Manhattan Beach, and Gregg Kovacevich for Defendant and Appellant.

David Visher and Sandra Visher, in pro. per., for Plaintiffs and Respondents.
