WANDA McKEE FOWLER, Justice.

Appellant Grant was sentenced to thirty years' confinement after a jury found him guilty of failing to register as a sex offender; the charge was enhanced by Grant's two prior felony convictions. Appellant contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the conviction. Appellant further contends section 62.04 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure violates the United States and Texas constitutions...
