Appellants Lonnie and Patricia Dueker, and John L. Shannon (collectively "Plaintiffs") brought suit against Respondents Samuel L. Gill ("Gill"), First Midwest Bank of Poplar Bluff, N.A. ("the Bank"), Gene Shain ("Shain"), and Earl J. Miller and Juanita Miller ("the Millers"). This suit arises out of Plaintiffs' purchase of Miller's Motor Lodge ("the Lodge") from the Millers.
