Defendants/appellees Vernon Lashun McMichael and Kevin Tremayne Rogers were indicted1 after drug and weapon evidence was discovered during searches following a routine traffic stop. The trial court granted appellees' separate pre-trial motions to suppress the evidence, from which the State appeals.
