MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Tracy Smith of conspiracy to distribute more than fifty grams of cocaine base and conspiracy to commit money laundering, and he was sentenced to 292 months. Smith appeals, arguing that the district court1 should not have allowed the case agent to answer a question to which he objected and that his sentence violated his constitutional rights. We affirm.
