Oscar Senior was tried by a jury and convicted of second degree arson. On appeal, he claims that the trial court erred by admitting hearsay evidence and that the evidence properly admitted at trial was insufficient to support his conviction. We agree that the hearsay evidence was erroneously admitted, and find that the error was not harmless. Therefore, we reverse Senior's conviction.
