Plaintiffs allege that, following a right knee arthroplasty performed on plaintiff Rudolph L. Svoboda (hereinafter plaintiff) at defendant hospital, a continuous passive motion (hereinafter CPM) machine utilized by defendant in an incorrect fashion caused plaintiff to develop an ulcer on his right calf.
