Appellant, Jason Norton, was indicted on one count of sexual assault and two counts of delivering drugs to a minor. A jury found him guilty of sexual assault and one count of delivering drugs to a minor. Jason pleaded true to an enhancement paragraph alleging a prior conviction for aggravated assault.
