I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Thomas Conrad Illingworth appeals from the trial court's judgment finding him guilty of unlawfully carrying a weapon. Following a bench trial, the trial court sentenced Illingworth to 300 days in the Denton County jail, but suspended the sentence and placed Illingworth on community supervision for a period of twenty-four months and imposed a $500 fine.
