EHRLICH, Judge.

¶ 1 In his complaint, Rodney Fillmore sought damages due to allegations made by business competitors regarding his employer's product and practices. The superior court dismissed the complaint for want of a viable claim. See Ariz. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). Because Fillmore sufficiently alleged colorable theories of injurious falsehood, tortious business interference and defamation, we reverse the judgment and remand for further...
