The plaintiffs Robert Pritzky, Susan Capone, and Robert Kenney appeal from a judgment dismissing their application for an order directing Safety Insurance Company (Safety) to arbitrate their claim for coverage under the underinsured motorist provisions of Pritzky's automobile policy.
