OPINION
J. HARVEY HUDSON, Justice.
Appellant, Ronald Johnson, was charged by indictment with possession of at least 400 grams of cocaine with intent to deliver. Appellant filed a motion to suppress the evidence which was subsequently overruled after a hearing. Appellant then entered a plea of guilty. The trial court found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of 25 years and a fine of $1,000.00....
