RICHARD BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for the offense of public lewdness. The jury assessed punishment at a twenty dollar fine. On December 4, 2003, this Court entered a judgment reversing Appellant's conviction. This Court found that the evidence was legally insufficient and rendered a judgment of acquittal. Underwood v.
