Defendant appeals as of right his jury trial conviction of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC IV), M.C.L. § 750.520e. Defendant's conviction stems from an incident that occurred between the adult victim and defendant, who is the husband of the victim's maternal aunt. Defendant was charged with sexual contact through force or coercion, M.C.L. § 750.520e(1)(b) or, in the alternative, sexual contact with an individual related to defendant...
