[¶ 1] Daniel Decker alleges that he suffers from a condition that causes him upper body pain and that his employment as a sheet metal worker with Mountain Aire Heating and Air aggravated his condition. The Wyoming Workers' Compensation Division (Division) denied Decker's claim for benefits, and Decker objected.
