This lawsuit arises from injuries sustained by Ryan Corrigan, son of the appellees, Jeff and Kirsten Corrigan, when Ryan was in the care of Mark Francke, who was providing childcare services to the Corrigans. Mark Francke was later convicted of child endangerment as a result of this incident.
