Martin D. Triplett appeals his judgment of conviction for possession with intent to deliver cocaine and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Officers discovered the cocaine during a Terry1 frisk for weapons. It fell down Triplett's pants leg when one of the officers gripped his belt loops and shook the waistband of his pants.
