Patel petitions this Court for review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying him relief from an Immigration Judge's ("IJ") order that he be removed as an aggravated felon under 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(iii) and for committing a crime involving moral turpitude under 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(i).
