Appellant Joshua Lauren English was convicted of aggravated assault and criminal mischief. In six issues, appellant argues the evidence is legally insufficient to support the deadly weapon element of aggravated assault, the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support a conviction for criminal mischief with a pecuniary loss of at least $1,500, the trial court erred by not giving a lesser-included-offense...
