Plano Lincoln Mercury, Inc., plaintiff below, appeals the trial court's final judgment on the jury verdict. The trial court's final judgment orders that Plano-Lincoln-Mercury take nothing in its lawsuit against H.M. Jr. Management, LC, H.M.
