Theda Carpenter and Jack George Grimm appeal from a summary judgment granting motions for summary judgment filed by Shari Spencer, Phyllis Sue Thomas, and Stephanie Savage, the appellees. In a single point, the appellants urge that the trial court erred in granting the appellees' motions for summary judgment because genuine issues of material fact exist that prevent the granting of those motions.
