Presently before this Court is Defendant Exxon Mobil Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment.1 Since Plaintiff's claim for negligent infliction of emotional distress is precluded by New Jersey workman's compensation law, summary judgement will be granted as to Count IV of the Complaint.
