GOOLSBY, J.:

This is a legal malpractice action. Berrien W. Smith appeals the grant of summary judgment to attorney J. Drayton Hastie, Jr., in her action for breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, civil conspiracy, fraud, and fraud in the inducement, all arising from Hastie's creation of a family limited partnership for Smith and her family. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
